  • Los Angeles International Airport - LAX

    For Shared Ride and Express reservations

    Step 1: Exit the double doors outside the Baggage Claim Area.

    Step 2: Ride the LAXit bus. All Shared-Ride pickups and Opoli services must occur at LAXit area beside Terminal 1.

    Step 3: At this time, if you have not received a phone call from us, please call our Dispatch Department at 1-800-733-8267 and select option 3 or our Vehicle Status Line at 1-310-464-0372.

    Step 4: Provide the Dispatch Agent with your reservation number. The agent will check you in and provide the latest information regarding your reservation.



    For Executive Sedan, Luxury SUV or Private Van reservations

    Step 1: Exit the double doors outside of the Baggage Claim Area.

    Step 2: Go to the White Curb which is the loading and unloading Passenger area.

    Step 3: At this time, if you have not received a phone call from us, please call our Dispatch Department at 1-800-733-8267 and select option 3 or our Vehicle Status Line at 1-310-464-0372.

    Step 4: Provide the Dispatch Agent with your reservation number. The agent will check you in and provide the latest information regarding your reservation.

  • Ontario International Airport - ONT
    Once you've claimed your baggage, use the mobile app and put yourself ready to go. Our pickup area is at the very end of our inner curb, directly outside of the baggage claim area. Please do not cross the street to the island. The universal RideShare signs are posted at the pick up area. Dispatch department: 1-800-733-8267

  • Burbank Airport - BUR
    Upon arriving at Burbank Airport, first, collect all your baggage from Baggage Claim. Exit baggage claim and cross to the second island where you will find Shared ride shuttle pick up area. Then call our dispatch department at 1-800-733-8267 and select option 3. Let the dispatcher know you have a reservation with PRIME TIME SHUTTLE. The representative will call in your van for your boarding.

  • Long Beach Airport - LGB
    Upon arriving at Long Beach Airport, first, collect all your baggage from Baggage Claim. Call 1-800-RED-VANS, toll-free from any public phone, and press Option 3 when you hear the greeting. A PRIME TIME Shuttle agent will then direct you to your van.

  • Orange County's John Wayne Airport - SNA
    Upon arriving at Orange County's John Wayne Airport, first, collect all your baggage from Baggage Claim. Then proceed to the third island outside of the terminal. You will go right past the Cab & Courtesy Van pickup to meet with a John Wayne Airport coordinator. The coordinator will be wearing a YELLOW shirt and they will then direct you to your van.

  • San Diego International Airport / Lindbergh Field - SAN
    Our pickup instructions have changed for shared ride shuttle service at San Diego International Airport. If you are being picked up at San Diego Airport with one of our shuttles you will now be picked up from the “App-Enabled Rideshare Services” pick up areas.

    Terminal 1

    If you are arriving at Terminal 1 you will use the skywalk located near the center of the terminal to cross over Airport Terminal Rd, and then follow the signs to the “App-Enabled Ride Shared Ride Services” pickup location in the Terminal 1 lot. terminal1

    Terminal 2

    If you are arriving at Terminal 2 you will use the pedestrian crosswalk into the Terminal 2 lot and follow the signs to the “App-Enabled Shared Ride Services” pick up location. terminal2

  • Los Angeles Cruise Ship Terminal
    Upon arriving at the Los Angeles Cruise Ship Terminal in LA Harbor, please locate the PRIME TIME Shuttle coordinator on the middle island wearing the red Prime Time color.
    If you cannot locate the coordinator, please call 310-536-7922 and select option #3.

  • Carnival Cruise Long Beach - Queen Mary
    Upon arriving at the Carnival Cruise Long Beach Ship Terminal, please locate the PRIME TIME Shuttle coordinator. If you cannot locate the coordinator please call 310-536-7922 and select option #3

  • Los Angeles Union Station - Amtrak
    Upon arriving at Union Station in Downtown Los Angeles, call toll-free from any public telephone, 1-800-733-8267 and press Option 3 at the greeting. A PRIME TIME Shuttle agent will be right with you with instructions on where to meet your van.

  • Los Angeles Greyhound Terminal
    Upon arriving at the Greyhound Bus Terminal in Downtown Los Angeles, call toll-free from any public telephone, 1-800-733-8267 and press Option 3 at the greeting. A PRIME TIME Shuttle agent will be right with you with instructions on where to meet your van.

  • Catalina Express - San Pedro Terminal
    Upon arriving at the Catalina Express Terminal in San Pedro, call toll-free from any public telephone, 1-800-733-8267 and press Option 3 at the greeting. A PRIME TIME Shuttle agent will be right with you with instructions on where to meet your van.

  • Catalina Express - Long Beach - Queen Mary Terminal
    Upon arriving at the Catalina Express Terminal at the Queen Mary in Long Beach, call toll-free from any public telephone, 1-800-733-8267 and press Option 3 at the greeting. A PRIME TIME Shuttle agent will be right with you with instructions on where to meet your van.

  • Catalina Express - Downtown Long Beach - Golden Shore Terminal
    Upon arriving at the Catalina Express Terminal in Downtown Long Beach on Golden Shore, call toll-free from any public telephone, 1-800-733-8267 and press Option 3 at the greeting. A PRIME TIME Shuttle agent will be right with you with instructions on where to meet your van.
